WhyKite costs ₹149 a month or ₹1,199 a year. The first 5 days from linking your first TV are free.

Cancellation

• Cancel your plan any time, in Account on this website, or by cancelling the UPI AutoPay mandate in your UPI app.
• Nothing more is charged after you cancel. The month or year you've paid for keeps working until it ends.
• Cancel before your 5 free days end, and you pay nothing.

Refunds

• A month or year that has started isn't refunded.
• To check your UPI AutoPay mandate, Razorpay, our payment processor, may take ₹5. It goes back to you by itself.
• Charged twice, or by mistake? Write to founders@kaktav.in within 30 days, with your registered mobile number. We refund a wrong charge in full, to the account it came from, within 7 working days of confirming it.

Delivery

WhyKite is a digital service. It's ready as soon as you sign in and link your TV. Nothing is shipped.
